Memberships

Packages are prepaid credits for Daycare or P.E. that you can use whenever you’d like. They never expire and offer savings compared to the regular daily rate.

Memberships are monthly recurring plans designed for more consistent routines. They include ongoing Daycare or P.E. access (pending availability), plus exclusive monthly perks. Membership benefits renew each month and do not roll over.

The loyalty rewards program is our way of saying thanks for being part of the Sniff community. You’ll earn points based on your spending at Sniff, and once enough points have been accumulated, they can be redeemed as store credit toward future services or retail purchases.

Memberships can currently be set up in person at Sniff, over the phone, or via email. Online sign-up is not available just yet, but we’re happy to help get everything set up for you directly.

Memberships require a card on file and automatically renew on the 1st of each month. If you enroll partway through the month, your first payment will be prorated accordingly. If a payment is unsuccessful, we’ll give you 7 days to update your payment method before the membership may be canceled.

Reservations are still required for memberships. Members can set up standing reservations for the days they regularly attend, which will automatically be booked in advance. Additional days outside of a standing schedule can also be reserved based on availability.

At this time, memberships cannot be paused. If you need to step away for a bit, you’re always welcome to cancel and rejoin when the timing feels right.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we ask for at least 14 days’ notice for all membership cancellations.
